How Pirate Skool handles the small amount of information you send through this site.

Pirate Skool is operated by BALAP LLC, 283 High St, Topsfield, MA 01983. We teach bike lessons. We are not a health-care provider and we do not want clinical records through this website.
What we collect
If you use the “request a call” form, Netlify delivers us the fields you typed: your name, phone, email, the child’s first name and age if you add them, preferred times, and any note. The form also records which page you came from.
If you book a lesson, Trafft (beipfun.trafft.com) handles that reservation and payment. Their privacy policy governs that checkout.
If you email or call, we have whatever you chose to say.
The site uses Google Tag Manager for basic analytics. Browsers send ordinary log data (IP, user agent, pages) to our host, Netlify.
What we do not want
Do not send diagnoses, IEP documents, medication lists, or clinician letters through the form. We can hear what we need on the phone.
How we use it
To call you back, to plan a lesson, and to run the school. We do not sell this list.
How long we keep it
Call requests stay in the inbox and Netlify form log long enough to do the work. You can email pete@pirateskool.com and ask us to delete a request.
Children
This site is for parents of kids we teach. We do not ask for a child’s last name or a school record.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page.
