Bike Beginner Adults Lesson Description

This class is designed for the absolute adult beginner. We start the adult on a size appropriate bike. As the adult gains confidence and competence in balancing, we will add in the peddles. Our bikes have special 'soft' pedals which minimizes injuries. The instructor will work with the student to determine how many lessons are needed, but generally at the end of three lessons the student will be able to confidently start, stop, peddle and navigate their bike in a controlled area like a driveway or parking lot.
